The intent of this resolution is to incorporate the Wall of Honor into the National Memorial located at Groton Connecticut, and to change the wording of Standing Rule # 14 National Memorials Resolved 1987. The following U.S. Submarine Memorials shall be designated U.S. Submarine Veterans of WWII National Submarine Memorials:

1. Memorial located at Groton, Connecticut

2. Memorial located at Seal Beach, California

Now Therefore, be it resolved that Standing Rule #14, be amended as follows: #14 National Memorials.

The following U.S. Submarine Memorials shall be designated U.S. Submarine Veterans of WWII National Memorials:

1. Memorial and Wall of Honor located at Groton, Connecticut

2. Memorial located at Seal Beach, California

Approval of this resolution will not result in any costs to the organization.

This resolution may be adopted by a simple Majority of the Delegate votes being cast at the 1998 Annual Business Meeting.
